Can I still buy off your site if the currency I use is not USD?

Yes! The currency you use automatically converts to USD once you’ve purchased something.

How do I use a promo code?

When checking out, there would be a box where you can enter the promotion code, and it would deduct the discount automatically.

Can I return items?

Yes, you can return items up to 30 days after you bought them as long as the returned items comply with our returns policy. Check out our returns policy (scroll to the bottom of the website and there’s a link) for more information.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Pretty much everything! Besides the normal method of debit/credit card we also accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Google pay. 

Do you spam with your newsletters?

Definitely not! We only send things we know you’d be interested in - sales/exclusive deals etc.

Wheres my order?

You can track your order by clicking on the “track your order” button on the menu. If your order is taking longer than it should to arrive please email us - trillclothingandaccessories@gmail.com and we’ll immediately look into it for you. 

How long does shipping take?

Your product should get to you anytime between 14-35 days. If it’s been more than 40 days and you still haven’t received it - please get in contact with us. Read our shipping policy below for more details.
